We want to hear your ideas.
Our first physician partnership was in 1963. Dr. Charles Dotter needed tools for minimally invasive techniques, so we built them. Since then, we’ve continued to follow that approach: we meet with physicians, listen to their ideas and work together to solve their problems.
Our new Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery (OHNS) clinical division is just the latest example of this approach to problem solving. We’re working with otolaryngologists to find simpler, safer ways to treat their patients. And we’d like to hear your ideas. Read more about the launch of OHNS |

Sialendoscopy
Sialendoscopy is a minimally invasive procedure that treats obstructive salivary gland disease. The goal of sialendoscopy is to eliminate unnecessary surgery and lower the risk of complications. Patient recovery time is minimal, and the procedure allows you to leave the salivary gland intact.

Ultrasound-Guided Biopsy
The better the biopsy sample, the more accurate the analysis. Our EchoTip® needle technology provides high visibility to help guide the needle during ultrasound. Accurate needle placement reduces patient trauma and helps you obtain a higher-quality sample.

Esophageal Dilation
Esophageal dilation allows you to carefully dilate a narrowed area of a patient’s esophagus. Using a dilating balloon to open the esophagus gives you more control and can be less invasive for patients.

Cranial Base Repair
Cranial base reconstruction is sometimes necessary after certain minimally invasive surgeries or to repair a cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) leak. Our dural graft creates a strong seal¹ to prevent future CSF leaks and provides added durability for suturing.
