Beginning on 1 January 2012, you can buy medical devices directly from Cook Medical, a manufacturer that has been in the healthcare market for nearly five decades. Supplying directly ensures we get a better understanding of your clinical and business needs. You can still order the same high-quality products you always have, but now you can also take advantage of the additional support that comes with purchasing directly from Cook Medical.

To facilitate easy ordering, you can use the same codes or numbers you have always used. All our products use a standard reference part number and a 6 digit order number (GPN), either of which can be used when placing orders.

Delivery

With Cook you process one order, no matter which combination of Cook products you need, and we ship your order directly to you. We continually monitor our delivery times to ensure you'll have Cook products on hand for procedures when you need them. We offer three express delivery options:

  • Before 09:00 next business day

  • Before 12:00 next business day

  • Next business day

Standard delivery time is within 72 business hours following your order. Further details can be found in our standard business procedures document available from Customer Service.

Payment

Invoices are sent out daily and are sent separately from your order. The terms of payment are included in the invoice. If you have any queries or need to make a change to your payment details, call our Customer Service team at +353 61239252 and they will be happy to help you.
