How to Order
To facilitate easy ordering, you can use the same codes or numbers you have always used. All our products use a standard reference part number and a 6 digit order number (GPN), either of which can be used when placing orders.
You can order any of our 15,000 available products from our Customer Service Centre in Limerick by phone, fax or e-mail.

If you have immediate product queries or want to request a catalogue or price list, you can contact our Customer Service Centre, which is open:
08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday
08:30 to 16:00 on Friday.

Delivery
With Cook you process one order, no matter which combination of Cook products you need, and we ship your order directly to you. We continually monitor our delivery times to ensure you'll
have Cook products on hand for procedures when you need them. We offer three express delivery options:
- Before 09:00 next business day
- Before 12:00 next business day
- Next business day
Standard delivery time is within 72 business hours following your order. Further details can be found in our standard business procedures document available from Customer Service.
Payment
Invoices are sent out daily and are sent separately from your order. The terms of payment are included in the invoice. If you have any queries or need to make a change to your payment
